Activator® Poles are phenomenal in older adult classes. The 4 points of contact helpimprove posture, balance and security, but most important of all is the way participantsself-esteem goes off the chart!

They are a good quality product. I just started using them so will see how it goes. They are solid and keep my stride more even, as my MS affects my one side. I do wish the foot oscillated a bit more, but still offers a firm placement over rocky paths.
